There is a ticket Limit of 6 tickets per person and per credit card on this event.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by your ticket agent at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

The only official ticket outlets for this event are Ticketmaster, See Tickets, and the venue (Scottish Rugby and Scottish Rugby Hospitality).

No other agents are authorised to sell and any listing on unauthorised site cannot be guaranteed to gain entry to the event.

We have seen lots of customers scammed by purchasing tickets through sites such as eBay, Gumtree, StubHub, Viagogo etc. Unofficial sites do not give you the same rights and protections. Be aware and do not fall for a scam. These tickets might not even exist and if you turn up with a fake ticket, you will be turned away from the event so don’t chance it.

All tickets will be mobile tickets.

These will be available in your Ticketmaster app the week before the event.

We only permit ticket resale at face value through Ticketmaster Fan to Fan Exchange or Twickets. Please do not use ticket sites such as Ebay, Gumtree, Stubhub, Viagogo where tickets may be available at hugely inflated prices. Buying through these websites also runs the risk of being sold tickets that may not actually exist.

You must keep your ticket with you at all times and show this upon request.      

If you’ve been issued with a physical ticket, please note tickets cannot be replaced so please ensure you keep them with you at all times.   

The Box Office is located behind the East Stand on Roseburn Street and will be open for event enquiries on the day of the event.

The Box Office opening hours will be available closer to the event.

We recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Should there be tickets left for sale these can be purchased on the day at the Box Office.

Please note that our box offices will only be accepting card payments – cash will not be permitted.

The process for collecting your accessible wristband or/or accessible facilities wristband will be confirmed closer to the event via the Accessible Information Guide. You must purchase accessible tickets to gain access to accessible seated areas. 

Hospitality packages will be available to purchase from the venue (Scottish Rugby Hospitality).

Details of what is included within each hospitality package will be available at the point of purchase.

Scottish Rugby will contact hospitality customers in the lead up to the event with information relevant to each package.

Your ticket can only be scanned once. There is no re-entry after leaving the event.
