Artist Spotlight | Good Neighbours

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: GOOD NEIGHBOURS

From being on the bus, sat at the piano or listening to LCD Soundsystem, we caught up with Good Neighbours to find out what inspires their music. They also hinted at what fans can expect from their upcoming gig at SWG3 Glavanizers...

We can't wait to see you headline SWG3 Galvanizers - what can we expect from the show?

We've pumped up the set since we last played Scotland so expect more energy and more sweat.

Where do you usually find inspiration for your songs?

Honestly everywhere, we try not to restrict ourselves creatively, sometimes it will be when we’re sat at a piano sometimes when we’re sat on the bus. So we travel with a little set up in order to strike whilst the irons hot.

If you could collaborate with an artist, dead or alive - who would it be and why?

We would LOVE to work with LCD Soundsystem or The Flaming Lips - or both! They’re huge inspirations for the stuff we’re working on, from their sonics to their lyrics, it’s all 10/10.

Do you have a dream venue you’ve always wanted to play?

Brixton Academy. I know we’ve played a couple supports there, but to play a headline is still the dream. Just to see your name on the dome would be incredible.

How is the rest of 2026 looking for you? Any exciting plans you can tell us about?

Ideally finishing our second album and getting some new stuff out there. We’ve just started this new record and already it feels special.

Don’t miss Good Neighbours at SWG3 Galvanizers this Thursday 12th February. Tickets available now.
