EVENT INFORMATION

Glasgow Green is a 5-minute walk from the Merchant City, located in the heart of Glasgow City Centre and on the banks of the River Clyde, meaning there are plenty of public transport and accommodation options available nearby.

Roads surrounding Glasgow Green will be closed and restricted to local residents only so please don’t bring your car as there is no parking at the event.

No under 14s are allowed entry into the event.

Persons aged between 14-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged between 14-15 years old).

You must bring a valid and current ID with you. Photocopies of ID do not count as valid ID. Must be original documents.  

The following types of ID are accepted:

  • UK or International Full or Provisional Driving Licence 

  • UK or International Passport 

  • National Proof of Age Standards Scheme card with the PASS hologram (e.g. Young Scot, CitizenCard, My ID Card)

  • Must have a PASS hologram on it

  • The PASS hologram must not be faded, damaged or tampered with

  • If there is an issue with the PASS hologram on your ID, you should apply for a replacement card via the issuing authority as it will not be accepted

  • A verification system will be in use to check the validity of all national PASS cards

Access to bars at the event will be restricted to over 18s. A 'challenge 25' policy will be in operation, and you may be asked for proof of age. Please bring acceptable valid (in-date and original photographic) ID.

The VIP Garden offers a relaxed, secluded space away from the main event arena, with a private bar, a selection of street food options, comfortable seating and flushing toilets. Between Main Stage performances, VIP Garden DJs will keep the atmosphere going, with entertainment continuing until midnight.

Please note that the VIP Garden does not offer views of the Main Stage or guarantee access to the front standing area. This is available to all ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.

You may bring small personal belongings, non-professional cameras, portable phone chargers, ear plugs and items for protection from the weather. Sunscreen is permitted in containers of up to 100ml.

Empty reusable drinks bottles under 500ml are also permitted, provided they are not made from glass or metal.

The event is cashless, and all payments must be made by card or contactless payment.

Please read our Special Event Conditions for the full list of prohibited items before attending. Anyone found carrying a prohibited item may have this confiscated, be refused entry, ejected from the event or referred to Police Scotland.

The Fan Hub is a welcoming and inclusive space within the main arena, designed to support you throughout your day. It offers a place to take a break, with a dedicated quiet room, and access to first aid. Our friendly team will also be available to offer help and support whenever needed.

This is an outdoor event, and the weather can change quickly. Please check the forecast before travelling and come prepared for all conditions. Umbrellas are not permitted, so we recommend bringing suitable waterproof clothing.

Lost Property can be handed in and collected during the event at the Fan Hub.

If you lose a personal item, please visit the Fan Hub where recovered property will be held throughout the event.

At the end of the event, any unclaimed lost property will be passed to TLC Welfare, where collection can be arranged via post.
