Quality Control crashed onto the Glasgow music scene in 2024. Starting as a four piece before ultimately settling into the chaos of a powerhouse trio. Blending riot grrrl attitude with raw emotion and explosive live energy, the band have built a reputation for unforgettable sets and packed-out shows across Scotland and beyond. 2025 was a massive year for the band, with standout support slots for Courting at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, The Froobz in Edinburgh and Yaang at The Jacaranda, marking the band’s first shows outside Glasgow. Alongside a run of well- sold headline gigs, with an upcoming King Tuts headline, also their first festival appearances. the band also released their debut single “Party Lover” in early 2026 and their second “nightmare” shortly following gaining serious traction online and cementing themselves as one of the most exciting new bands coming out of Glasgow right now.
