Today we go back to August 2003 when Black Rebel Motorcycle Club played Liquid Room as part of the T On The Fringe festival. The garage rockers hit the Scottish capital to preview songs from forthcoming album Take Them On, On Your Own. The bluesy stomp of 'Spread Your Love' kicked off the proceedings sending the crowd wild with the band going on to deliver a mix of new songs and tracks from debut album B.R.M.C. The Californian three piece would return to the city a few months later to perform at a packed out MTV In The Garden show at Princes Street Gardens
